An Chun Lu passed away in his home peacefully on November 22, 2016. He was born on November 29, 1927 in Wuhan, China. An Chun was trained as a telegraph specialist in the Chinese Navy and after retiring from the Navy he worked as a merchant mariner.
An Chun was preceded in death by his parents and wife. He is survived by his children: Michael and wife Judy, Wendy and husband Greg, Fengying, Huiying; three grand children: Katherine, Joanne, and Vivian; three great grandchildren: Mathew, Samantha, and Inarra.
An Chun will be cremated on December 8, 2016 and ashes will be re-united with his wife Pao Hsiang on December 17, 2016. Reception will be between 12:00 to 2:00 PM, Funeral Service at 2:00 PM in the Family Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039 followed by a burial at Brookside Memorial Park.
