

Andy lived in Houston until age 6. John was employed by Exxon and the family moved to Chappaqua, New York in 1979 from where John commuted to New York City. Andy attended first and second grades in Chappaqua. In 1981 the family moved back to Houston where Andy continued elementary school in Kingwood.
In 1985 John was transferred to Connecticut where the family settled in New Canaan and Andy attended middle school . While there he was a very successful little league baseball pitcher. In 1989, he and his father moved back to Houston where Andy graduated from high school at Alexander Smith Academy. He also attended University of Houston Downtown where he honed his photography skills. He became a talented and renowned photographer and was rarely seen around town without his camera.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald and Virginia McCormack of Washington, D. C. and Jack and Betty Rebman of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Also deceased are his mother, Linda Rebman, his beloved aunt, Jill Martin and nephew Bradley Tyler.
He is survived by his father, John, his step-mother Gina, sister, Jennifer Tyler and husband, John Tyler and nephews, Nicholas and Christopher Tyler. He is also survived by his step brother and sister, Robert Norris and wife Laurie, Kim Huggins and husband Dan, niece Abigail Norris, nephews Liam and Austin Norris, nephew Wade Huggins and wife Kristin, niece Kate Rampon and husband Garrett. He is also survived by his uncle Donald McCormack and wife Michelle and cousins Mike, Kathy and Mark McCormack and his special friend Sally Ackerman.
The memorial service is to be conducted at three o’clock in the afternoon on Sunday, the 6th of March, in the Jasek Chapel of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons, 1010 Bering Drive in Houston.
Immediately following, all are invited to greet the family during a reception in the adjacent grand foyer.
