Ann Roth Madeley

Ann Roth Madeley, 84, passed away peacefully at home November 20, 2011 in Houston, Texas. Ann was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Benjamin C. & Leslie Marie Roth. She was a graduate of the Hermann Hospital School of Nursing and was a registered nurse for Dr. Floyd McSpadden for over 50 years. Ann took pride in caring for 3 generations of patients. She was a longtime member of Memorial Drive Christian Church. She also was a member of the Geophysical Auxiliary of Houston. Ann is preceded in death by her parents, brother Benny Jay Roth and sister Marcia Hearne. She is survived by her husband of 61 years Paul E. Madeley; 3 daughters, Candace & husband Teb Thames, Paula & husband Terry Drennan, Carol & husband Dean Wilkerson; 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; sister Mary Kay & husband Bobby Ellington; and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77077. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at Memorial Drive Christian Church, 11750 Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77024. For those desiring, memorials may be sent to the Memorials Fund at Memorial Drive Christian Church. Private interment will be at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery.
