Audrina Lorraine Alvarez, fondly known to loved ones as Drina, passed away on January 19, 2024, at the young age of 32 while residing in Peachtree City, Georgia. She was born on July 12, 1991, in Houston, TX. She grew up in San Antonio, TX for her elementary and junior high years. She was actively involved in cheerleading and softball while she was attending elementary school. She loved the outdoors and camping in her middle school years. The great outdoors really intrigued her throughout those years. She moved back to Houston for her high school years. Throughout her high school years, she was on the wrestling team. She graduated in 2011 from Sam Houston High School. While she was going to college and working as a security guard for United Airlines, she met her husband in 2011. After 2 years of dating, they decided to take their relationship to the next level and got married in 2013. In 2014, they had their 1st baby boy. After moving to Illinois in 2015, 2 more boys were added to their family. They then moved back to Houston where she started her career with Amazon. With hard work and determination, she moved up the ranks to a Learning Ambassador. Covid hit everyone hard, and after her layoff, she was able to obtain her CDL and worked for the Humble Independent School District. Her final move was to Peachtree City, Georgia in 2022, where her and her husband both took jobs at Delta Airlines.
She will be laid to rest amongst her great aunts and uncles (Madeline and Lupe Vasquez), (Adeline and Amos Scoggin), and Dora Hernandez.
She is survived by Frank Alvarez (husband), Kayo, Soma, Remy Alvarez (children), Muneef Asfour and Yisa Ortiz (parents), Alberto Flores (brother), and Russell and Lorraine Follis (in-laws).
She was the brightest light in a room that was already lit. She brought smiles and laughter wherever she went. She loved adventures and always wanted to travel around and do things big or small. As a loving and caring wife, mother, daughter, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and aunt...she will be greatly missed.
