Augusta Simon Sr.

Augusta Simon, Sr. was born on December 3, 1966 to Gustave Simon, Sr. and Linda Faye Simon. After 45 years of servicing the Lord, God saw fit to give him rest and take him home to be with Him. Augusta lived a full life with great spirits. He touched many lives and served a roll of helping people. He loved everyone who came across his path. His home was welcomed to everyone who needed it. His heart was filled with love for each person that he knew. He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Clerance Edwards, Annie Brown Edwards, Bernadette Deville, and Semer Simon. He leaves behind his father, Gustave Simon, Sr.; mother, Linda Faye Edwards; secondary mother, Roberta Senegal; spouse, Clarice Whitaker; nine children: Joshua (Ashley) Bendy, Lakeysheá Simon, Pierre Jones, Kiara Jones, Agushanik N. Simon, Linda Simon, Augusta Simon, Jr., Davontae Simon, and Rodney Wiltz; two step children: William Coleman and Brittany Coleman; five grandchildren: Terrence West, Jr., Joshua Bendy, Jr., Joshalyn Bendy, Keydren Wiltz, and Drélin Lowery; two brothers: Gustave Simon, Jr. Faith G. Simon (sister-in-law), and Quintea Simon; seven sisters: Thira Simon, LaTasha Peterson, Latheria Simon, Bernadette "Renee" Simon Bradford, Darlene Savoy, Anjanetta Simon Noel (Sebastian), and Natinka Simon.
