Barbara Kay Lowe was born on May 22, 1949 to John and Elaine Fuller in Houston. Barbara passed peacefully on May 9, 2017. She had a successful career beginning as a flight attendant with PanAm Airlines. She went on to achieve her Juris Doctor and practiced law in Houston and in Tulsa, OK. Barbara spent most of her career in real estate, building her business with Remax Fine Properties. She raised two sons and cared for family members and friends including her constant companion, her dog Cassidy. Barbara is preceded in death by parents John & Elaine Fuller. She is survived by son John Lowe & wife Kacy, son Joel Ginaldi & wife Kathryn, sister Margaret Gow & husband Alan, grandchildren Jack, Giorgia, and Luca, and many loving friends and extended family.
