Beverly Powley, 87, of Richmond Texas, passed away March 31, 2021.

She was born in Fort Worth on April 4, 1933. Beverly received an Associates in education from Stephen F Austin. She was married to Lee Anderson Powley on May 21, 1951.

Beverly had a career in education and security. She had a passion for sewing, gardening and music.

She was survived by: Children: Debra Donaldson, Lesa Lear and Terry Vickery. Along with spouses, Raymond Donaldson, Duke Lear and John Vickery.

Grandchildren: Robert, Kevin, Nicolas, Shelby, Taylor, Sarah, Jesse, Elizabeth, Faith and Amanda. Along with great-great-grandchildren.

Siblings: Bobbie Buffalo and Bill Johnson. Preceded in death by her husband, Lee Powley and son, Spencer Powley.

Funeral arrangements will be held at 10am, April 13, 2021 at Houston National Cemetery.

Donations can be made to the American Stroke Association on behalf of Beverly Powley.

She was the epitome of selflessness. She genuinely embraced and cared about each person she came across in her life. She touched so many with her kind words and her sweet smile.

She thought me more life lessons than I can count, and I am emmensly grateful for each and every one. She will forever be my voice of reason.

I love you, my sweet Gammie... I miss you fiercely, but rejoice in knowing you are dancing pain free in Heaven, watching over us.
