Bill Arnold

Bill Denning Arnold, 78, died Monday, June 20th at Colonial Belle Nursing Home in Sealy, Texas. He was born in Houston, Texas on January 28, 1944. He was preceded in death by his father James C. Arnold, Sr., mother Edna Mathis Arnold and brother James C. Arnold, Jr. He is survived by his sister-in-law Patricia A. Arnold, niece Leslie Arnold Loftis and husband James L. Loftis, nephew James C. Arnold, III and wife Geneva R. Arnold. He is also survived by his nephew James Patrick Loftis and neices Peyton R. Loftis, Alexandra M. Loftis and Parker E. Loftis. Also is survived by his nephew James C. Arnold, IV and niece Mara Shay Arnold. He has many cousins living in and out of state.

Bill spent most of his life living in Southwest Houston with his family. He was active in Boy Scouts and was a Charter member of Willow Meadows Baptist Church. He loved traveling with his family and especially loved going to Hawaii where he made several trips during his lifetime. He was also a member of SPJST Lodge No. 88 for over 50 years. Bill was a kind, sweet, gentleman everyone loved that knew him. He was always willing to help anyone anytime they were in need. The staff at Colonial Belle say they will truly miss his smiling face and humor.

A graveside service for Bill will be held Friday, June 24, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77079.
