As this year has past, I remember so many things that we did together.  Your words still come through to me as if you are still here.  You guided me well during our life together and I feel that you are still guiding me. I love you and miss you, Bill.

Big Brother Bill - you were always a good person to talk with because you knew something about everything and our talks always ended in a smile or laugh. We'll miss that but when we remember those times, we'll think about you and smile. May you rest in the Lord's loving arms in eternal peace. God's blessings for peace and healing to Barbara, Billy Jr., Kay & Rupert, Katelyn, Cameron, and Thomas and many others who will miss you. We will all meet again someday.

I enjoyed my time on FB with Billy. He was very interesting, it was like visiting with him personally at times. The last time Curtis and I saw him was at the Shaw School Class Reunion in Shaw, Mississippi several years ago. His step-father, Uncle Otis, was Curtis's uncle. We did not live close to Billy's family, therefore we didn't get to know them as well as we would have liked. Barbara, you and family are in our thoughts and prayers. I know there will be a great miss, but we must know that God prepared a place for us and we are looking forward to being with Billy again where there is no parting ever again. I will miss the fun times, laughter, reminiscing about the past and talking about Harley Davidsons, Corvettes and golf, but most of all, I will miss you. The memories will stay with me always...until we meet again.

As I read the entries here from family and friends, it takes me back to Shaw, Mississippi.....where I first met Billy.  I have always considered him family, since his Mom married my Dad's brother.    My uncle loved Billy as his own, as well as Vernie and Faye....
I had not seen Billy since his sister, Vernie's illness   in Jackson, MS  many years ago, but I still remember his smile, and laugh.  Such a lover of life! ! !   
I am sorry that I did not see him, meet his family and share our smiles and tears .  Thank you for providing this opportunity to share and express my sadness along with Billy's family and friends.

You were a fellow employee and a true friend.  I enjoyed the golf games, the trips we took together and the e-mails we shared. I will miss those things but most of all I will miss you. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Billy was a great neighbor and friend. I will miss visiting and laughing with him.
