Birdie Lee Watson

Birdie Lee Watson was born on September 7, 1932 in Brenham, Texas to Eddie and Carrie Taplin. Birdie Lee Watson gave her life over to Christ, at an early age and became Mother of the Church, where she attended Progressive Missionary Baptist Church. Also she was a member of the Eastern Star Heriones of Jericho.

Erma Taylor of Temple, Texas; Mary and Roy Curtis of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; Clara Fillmore of Cameron, Texas and Patricia and George Whiteside of Houston, Texas

and a host of grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great great- grandchildren.

And a host of nieces, nephews, cousin, and friends

She is preceded in death by her parents Eddie and Carrie Taplin, her husband Lonnie Watson Jr, sons: Dennis Watson and Charles Watsons, grand-son Michael Watson, and Deodrick DA’on Bradley Sir. Two brothers- Lonnie B. Taplin and James Foster. Son- in- law- Earnest Taylor Sr.

A visitation for Birdie will be held Wednesday, September 7, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM

A funeral service will occur Wednesday, September 7, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM,

A burial will occur Wednesday, September 7, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM
