Bryant Strain

Bryant Strain, age 79, of Houston, Texas passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2022. Bryant was born in Dewitt, Arkansas on March 22, 1943 to parents Georgia and Dewey Strain. Bryant graduated from Houston ISD in 1967 and received a degree in Commercial Refrigeration. He met the love of his life Frances Harriet Dreggors in Houston, Texas. Bryant worked as a Stationary Engineer and retired from New Caney ISD. Bryant had a great passion for fishing, hunting, and family. He had many characteristics that made him who he was, blunt, honest, funny, loving, and kind. He will forever be in our hearts.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and several siblings.

Bryant is survived by his son, Bryant Strain Jr. (wife Camille) and their children Justyn, Brandon, Rachel, Austin, Abby, and Jake; his daughter Angela Strain Bouren and her daughter Madison; his twin brother Mack Stain; youngest brother Zack Strain; along with many loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation for family and friends begin on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow in Brookside Memorial Park immediately after the funeral service.
