Castulo Turrubiartes, 94, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018 in Houston, Texas. He was born on November 30, 1923 in Elgin, Texas to his parents Catarino and Felicitas Turrubiartes. He is survived by his loving wife Gerarda Turrubiartes, six daughters; Quirina Arroyo, Florencia Guerrero and her husband Tony, Martha Gudino and her husband Pricilino, Maria Lopez and her husband Antonio, Maria Ana Guerrero, Francisca Gonzalez; two sons; Castulo Turrubiartes Jr, and Juan Antonio Turrubiartes. He is also survived by twenty three grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Advantage Funeral Home , 7010 Chetwood Dr, Houston, Texas 77081. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 2405 Navigation Blvd. Houston, Texas 77003. Interment will follow at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, 6900 Lawndale Blvd. Houston, Tx.
