Cathleen Marie Cattanach Thomasson, 49, passed away September 9, 2013 in Katy, TX. Cathleen was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Cattanach and Barbara Marsden Cattanach, grandparents, Beatrice Marsden Viafore, and Joe Marsden. She is survived by sons, Brandon Dodson of Fate, Collin Thomasson and David Thomasson of Katy, and step-daughter, Taylor Thomasson Reimer; siblings Stephanie Weatherford of Dallas, Kelly Corrigan and husband, Bill, of Katy, Scott Cattanach of Houston, Sharon Miller and husband, Bob of Houston, and Leslie Tietz and husband, Greg of San Francisco; nieces and nephews, Robert Weatherford of Dallas, Charlotte Weatherford of Austin, Jack Corrigan and Mary Corrigan of Katy.
Cathleen’s true passions were her three boys and her extraordinary talent for nursing. Her love for animals was well known by her many friends and family. Cathleen was a beautiful, sensitive and caring person who will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Her family wishes to express its deep gratitude to all the people in her life who supported her.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 pm on Friday, September 13, 2013 at the Chapel of Grace Presbyterian Church, 10221 Ella Lee Ln, Houston, TX 77042.
