Cesar Bondoc DelRosario was born on June 19, 1928 in Panique, Tarlac, Philippines. The second of 8 children of Emiliano and Maxima DelRosario. He received a Bachelors Degree in Education from the University of the East in the Philippines in 1957. After graduation, he taught at the Calapan area school system in Mindoro, Philippines where he met his wife Natividad Martinez, a fellow teacher. He quickly advanced through the school system and became a principal at a well known school in Calapan. In 1969, he migrated to United States and was offered a scholarship to further his education at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. He graduated with a Masters Degree in Education in 1972 with honors. He worked in the Louisville area school system as a special education teacher and retired in 1992. The following year, he moved to Houston, TX to be closer to his daughter and grandchildren. His hobbies were gardening, carpentry, reading, watching sports and spending time with friends and family
