Charles Ray Fulbright

Ray was born on June 15, 1955 in Claremore, Oklahoma. He graduated from Austin High School in Houston and the University of Houston where he was a proud member of the Phi Kappa Theta Fraternity. Ray was a custom homebuilder his entire career. He was co-owner of Williamson Fulbright Homes and owner of Fulbright Custom Homes.

Ray enjoyed the outdoors, board games, and a good round of poker with his friends. He always had a joke to share and enjoyed telling stories. Ray deeply loved his family and found great joy in being involved in their lives. He will be greatly missed.

Ray is survived by his wife, Patricia Gilbert Fulbright of Houston; children Erica Fulbright, Christian Fulbright, and Gabriel Fulbright; and grandchildren Nylah and Nevaeh Young.

A memorial mass will be held Saturday, January 6, 2024 at 10:30 am at Saint Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 10688 Shadow Wood Dr., Houston, TX 77043 with Father Niall Nolan officiating. A reception at the St. Catherine of Siena Parish Hall will follow.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
