Connie Mary Coker

She was born in Houston, Texas to Nash & Frances (Caltagirone) Campise. Connie was preceded in death by her loving husband Donnie Ray Coker Sr. and son Donnie Ray Coker Jr. Connie is survived by her daughters Frana Mushinski and Cyndi Cote; grandchildren Carrie White (Jake), Kevin Mushinski (Nikki), Katie Walker (Brian), Ricky Cote (Ashlee), Kimberly Rossi (Peyton) and Donnie Cote; 7 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews & cousins. Connie grew up in Houston and attended Holy Name Catholic School & Incarnate Word Academy High School. She has attended Prince of Peace Catholic Church for the last 43 years and was active in Bible Study, the Funeral Ministry and the Prayer Blanket Ministry. Faith and family were Connie’s greatest joy. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and she was happy to prepare lunch every Sunday and favorite birthday meals. She attended all her children’s and grandchildren’s school and athletic events and was available whenever needed. She was much loved and will be missed!

Please join her family in celebrating her life with a Visitation from 5-8 PM with a Rosary at 7PM on Monday, March 6th in the Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home, 3401 Cypress Creek Pkwy. Funeral mass will be at 11:00AM at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 19222 Tomball Parkway. A catered reception will follow the mass in the Father Ryan Stawaisz Community Center. Interment will follow reception at Woodlawn Cemetery at 2:15PM.

In Lieu of flowers the family welcomes donations to The Alzheimer’s Association.
