Dale,
Take it easy on the other side, guess we'll all get together at the Big Dope Deal in the Sky.

My first partner in Narcotics. Evening shift up on the sixth floor. He was so kind to everyone, with just enough rascal in him, to make him a joy to work with. I think he could fix anything.

The one thing I will always remember about the Houston Police Department and the Narcotics Division is those 2 crazy Pendleton brothers. It was a joy to work with both and to share stories and memories. May your soul rest in peace Dale and may the family find comfort.

I always loved talking to Dale, he was so soft spoken, and always had a smile on his face. He always treated everyone with respect, and he always greeted you with “ Hey Bud”. Rest In Peace my friend.

Dale was one of easiest people to work with and talk to. I considered him a good friend and someone I could count on if things ever got bad. I will forever miss his soft spoken "hey Bud" ever morning when he walked into the office. Rest in Peace Dale...

Dale, to say you were a dear friend is like saying the Mississippi River is a stream of water. You were one of the dearest friends I have ever had, and one of the warmest, friendliest persons I have ever in my life known. You had such a love of life, that it was simply impossible not to feel good when I was around you.

I enjoyed knowing you, and the years we worked together were just so great. We shared a love of people, music, trivia, and guns. With your passing, I feel as though a hole has been ripped through my soul. I will truly miss you, Dale, and I will forever carry your friendship in my heart.

Rest In Peace, dear friend. I will see you someday on the other side.
