Tony's humility, wit, and humour will always be remembered. He was selfless, he was always concerned about the well-being of others, including me. Each time that he returned to Jamaica, he would either visit or call to check on me.

I will miss Tony, especially at our family dinners at Christmas time. I will miss his stories that made me laugh so hard that my stomach hurt.

A gentle giant and truly a man of God. Tony you are now with our Saviour and Lord. I will see you in the morning.

Some lives are so vivid, its hard to imagine they are no longer with us. Bro. Spencer's life is one of those. He carried himself with such class and dignity. He loved God, his wife , his children and his church. We got to know him at the West Houston SDA church and what a blessing he was. He referred to himself as the Proverbs 31 man and it truly described who he was.
Our family will miss him but we are certain we will see him again when Jesus comes.
Winsome, David, Denae, Dale and the family at West, we will continue to pray for you and we know God will take care of you. We love you.

I met Tony several years ago as a result of his brother Courtney marrying my sister Audrey.
Regrettably, over the years the occasions on the which I had opportunity to interact with Tony were not many, so my settled impressions and much of what I came to know of Tony was through the eyes and heart of his mother Sister Beryl Watson (deceased), his brother Courtney and sister in law Audrey. He had a naturally caring disposition and would go the extra mile to make others comfortable. Tony was truly a wonderful person who dearly the Lord, his family and friends.
The passing of Tony has left a deep ache in our hearts and he will indeed be sorely missed. We can however rest in the sure hope and comfort that Jesus gives to all those who mourn.
To his dear wife Winsome, the children and their spouses, the grandchildren, Courtney, Cymthia and their families and other relatives, I offer my sincerest condolences as I continue to pray for your strength in this time of grief and loss.

My Uncle T. You’ve demonstrated to all how to be an amazing human being. Your kindness is unmatched. I’ve learned so much from you, just by mere observation. I will remember you forever and with great fondness.
Aunt Winsome, may you find some comfort in family and friends. David, Danae and Dale, I see Uncle T in all of you. That brings me comfort and I hope it does the same for you.
Love from Adrian, Nandi and family.

Uncle Tony was always a kind and wise person. Not to mention, very funny. Anytime I was around him, it would be a session of lessons and constant laughing. Uncle Tony left memories that will be with me forever. One of those memories was the time I drove down to Jacksonville with the Spencers. Auntie Winsome passing the corn beef sandwiches and box juice was so identical to taking a trip with the Francis. Furthermore, It felt as if I was next to my father during that trip. Uncle Tony will always have a special place in my heart . May he rest in peace and my the blessings continue to flourish with his family.
