David is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his son; David Ray Waterfield Jr.,a brother: George Richard Waterfield Jr., two sisters: Mary Roberta Warren and Patricia Ruth Schoenfield, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Visitation will be at Brookside Funeral Home Chapel of Chimes on Friday, August 29, 2014 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Funeral Service will be on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at 10:30 AM with interment to follow at Brookside Memorial Park.
