There's a time when your in love and just as someone take that peace away some one out there that still love you

Dionté has changed my life in such an impactful way. I have not had the opportunity to meet Dionté, yet in his passing, lessons of life resounds. I cannot truly express.
I truly believe he was an Angel, lent for but a period of time. May he continue to protect his family, now with a divine ruling.
I will tell a story of unwavering faith anytime his names comes up, a story of how I trusted God more than anytime in my life before, a story of how strangers met in prayer and united in hearts for his life. In the middle of this crisis, a pandemic that every nation is experiencing- Dionté was the uniting force that caused knees to bow. May his life forever be an example of kindness, humility and unity. God challenged me in a greater way, and I am blessed to know his mom- but I was more blessed to be changed, to be moved from a place of stagnation to a place of faith, a place of trusting God and believing Him like I never did before.. and though He may not have delivered the way we wanted Him to- we will forever sing of His greatness that is Dionté David- a forever stain on my heart.

I have been trying to find the right thing to say, but in a time like this there are no words that can express the whirlwind of emotions going on.  To my sis Dianne and family my deepest sincerest condolences.  Dionte' aka Papa aka to me "nephew" I thank God for giving me the opportunity to know you and love on you.  This past summer I was really able to spend some time with you and get to know you and was so proud of the man I saw developing.  Love you all so very much. I remember how  lovingly you talk about your children and how proud you are.  Dionte' was no exception. I wish I had the words to lighten  your agony Dianne , but sometimes words aren’t just enough.  Dianne ! You raised a respectable young man, he was my grandson’s  Dwayne best friend and would always hang out at my home here  in Katy Tx I treated him like my own he was well loved by my family as well, Dionte’ you will be missed .

I felt your Mother's pain. My hands wouldn't allowed me to write what I'm feeling presently, the grieve is too deep. You're a respectable and loving young man. You have gone way to soon. I met Dionte at Mcfee elementary when I was in 3rd grade; we kept in contact since. He is a hard working and intelligent individual. He constantly had jokes, but was able to give me great personal advice. I pray for your family Dionte and hope  your sisters and brothers get well. Love Kaylani

My condolences my friend Dianne, i remember when i first met you, Dionte was 1 year old, we had a birthday party for him and i bought him this colorful outfit, he was just starting to learn how to walk so he would fall every time he made one step, but he got right back up and look at us with those beautiful eyes and tried walking again, i am  so broken by this tragedy. Our loving & condolences to Dionte David’s family, as a neighborhood friend me, Dandre, Dillon and other friends in the neighborhood we would all hoop every other day of the week sometimes we would just get together and hang out in the street wherever the times nobody’s outside I would be outside alone doing something and sometimes dionte would walk by or ride his bicycle and we would say was up to each other and then there was times when we will talk and I’ll ask how are your brothers doing and I also remember when he just got his car I would see him drive by couple of times while I’m outside he would ask me things about cars I still can’t believe that this happened it hurts my heart to see another young loving soul leave this world with best wishes and love to the family

First time meeting my cousin Dionte was year 2010 when my family and I came Texas for the Summer vacation it was our first time. He was such a kind , super cool and down to heart person, I was a tomboy so we was always outside playing soccer, skateboarding, doin that Jerk Dance 😂   we had so much fun for that 2 months, together with the rest of Fam... (Deanna, Deandre, Dillon, Destiny and Aunty Natz). I’ll never forget those good times we shared 
So many pics and so much memories I still can’t imagine He’s gone and not here with us.
Breaks my heart that before the incident, I saw him post an Instagram story and I just felt like he wasn’t ok , so I messaged him one time and ask him if he’s doin good and to keep safe....
He immediately responded back to me and said he’s good and he ‘preciate me for checkin in and he loves me... 😫😭
Told him I love him back and that was the last convo

Ik he’s at peace and no more pain to deal with .

I hope to meet him again when we’re all takin up to heaven together .

Rest in paradise to my big brother Dionte David, I’ll never forget the times hooping in Windstone Colony with Deandre and Dillon, and how we use to play penguin at the neighborhood pool. Man we use to really have fun together, just hanging out with my brothers and yours. I’ll never forget those times at Thornton and Cy-lakes just seeing you at school and dapping you up. You always brought positive energy into every room you were in. It’s sad to hear what happened to you, I broke down immediately because we hadn’t spoken in about a year, but I’ll make sure to stay in contact with Dre and Dillon forever.  I got your brothers for life, stay up brother and watch over your family. Love you big bro, rest in paradise

You are truly missed and it breaks my heart that we will not continue to watch you grow into the man you were destined to be.  At times you were quiet, reserved and loving. However, you let you voice be heard when you believed it should be.  I'm so sorry that I was not there to protect you and guide you safely home.   It was a ride you have taken so many times and you said, "Ma I'll be right back!"  I prayed for your healing and wanted to raise a Hallelujah but God had different plans for you.
