OBITUARY

Don Lee Parrack

15 May, 1939 – 19 November, 2025
IN THE CARE OF

Garden Oaks Funeral Home & Crematory

We mourn the passing of Don Lee Parrack, who passed away on November 19, 2025, in Houston, Texas.

Don was born in Houston on May 15, 1939, to Jim and Dorothy Parrack at St. Joseph’s Hospital. He attended Reagan High School and, after graduating, joined the Army in 1958, where he served for four years before returning to Houston. While in the Army, Don was trained in dental lab technology and later sold dental equipment in the Houston area for many years.

In his later years, Don became a mortician and joined the Dignity Funeral Home Company, where he worked at Pat H. Foley Funeral Home for 22 years. During this time, Don touched many lives and brought comfort to countless families in their time of sorrow.

Don is survived by his wife of 51 years, Judy Parrack; his daughter, Susan Bryn Doss, her husband, Duncan, and their children Connor and Charlie Doss; and Don’s stepchildren, Kelly Bailey and her husband, Nathan Bailey, and Collin Coker and his wife, Stasi, and her daughter, Lexie. He is also survived by grandchildren Jessica Foxworth and her husband, Zack, and their daughter, Grace; Carly Lopponen and her husband, Jaco; as well as his brother, Mike Parrack.

We wish to extend our sincere thanks to his friends and loved ones who supported him through his final days. We especially want to acknowledge the doctors and nurses at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Katy, the staff at The Abbey at Westminster Plaza- where he and Judy lived- and his dear friends there who were so loved by Don.

Sincerely,

The family
