Donald (Don) Eugene Highley, 84, of Conroe, Texas passed into eternal rest on April 19, 2021. He was born in Lancaster, Ohio on November 21, 1936. Don served in the USMC from May 1951 to January 1953. Don received his GED in August of 1962. He married Annette, the love of his life, on January 26, 1965 and they were together for 54 years until her death.. He worked in medical equipment manufacturing for NARCO Bio Systems. Don was an active member of Knights of Columbus Council 6878. Little league baseball, family and other sports were his passions.
Don was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and one sister. Left to cherish his memories are children: Tommy Muntean and wife Debbie, Dawn Ann Highley, Tim Highley and wife La Donna, grandchildren: Marc Muntean and wife Crystal, Carl Muntean and wife Laura, Lacy Berthold and husband Allen, Brian Highley, Cody Highley and wife Danielle, great-grandchildren: Kaydee Muntean, Reed Muntean, Kourtlynn Highley, Cheyenne Highley, Adelyn Berthold, Harper Muntean, Dane Berthold and numerous nieces and nephews.
