Doris Marie Gillingham, 95, passed away June 11, 2012 in Houston, Texas. She graduated from business school. She was a loving homemaker to her husband and children. Doris was a long-time volunteer at her church, taking care of the nursery.
Her husband of almost 60 years, Edward C. Gillingham, preceded her in death in 2002. Doris is survived by her daughter, Nancy G. Paxton-Bigorgne and a son, Bruce E. Gillingham.
Graveside services will be at 9:30 am, Monday, June 18, 2012 at Memorial Oaks Cemetery. Memorial Services will follow at 11:00 am at Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church, 11612 Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77024.
