Edna Jay Williams, age 74, went to be with her Lord and Savior on the evening of May 9, 2019 at Park Manor of Westchase Nursing Home. She will be greatly missed for her tender heart and immense care for others.
Edna was born in Abilene, Texas on November 28, 1944 to Ima Gene Mangum and James Alvin Williams. The first of four daughters. Edna was a very quiet and caring woman who put the needs of others before herself in all things. Though her sight was limited throughout her later years, she enjoyed art, knitting, and music until her passing. She is survived by her daughter Stephanie Williams who lives in the Houston area.
Respects can be paid during her graveside service at Forest Park Cemetery on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at 3 p.m.
