Erik Rios

Erik Rios of Houston, Texas, age 37, went to be with the Lord on July 1, 2021. In Erik's early life he loved trail riding, running around on the playground and being a great brother to all his siblings. Erik worked as an instrument tech. He was the head cook of "Los Ranch Hand Cookers". He won a couple of 1st places in cook offs with his family. He had a passion for horses, dogs, music, family events, video games, dominoes and many more things. Erik's favorite of all things were the Big family breakfast dinners at the ranch, and momma's homemade tamales, tortillas and all the food she cooked.

Erik is preceded in death by his beloved pitbull, Kylo. Left to cherish his memories are his wife Melissa Lugo Rios; parents, Miguel Angel Sr. and Juanita Rios; daughter Celeste Torres Rios; sons: Erik Jr, Jacob Erik, Brandon Erik, Joseph Erik and Ethan Erik Rios; sisters: Julissa Rios, Argelia Martinez, Angelica Rios de Rios, Veronica Rios de Umaña, Valeria Delgado, and Michelle Gonzalez; brothers: Miguel A. Rios Jr, Omar Pizano, Richard Delgado, Jimmy Hernandez, and Angel Rios.

Serving as pallbearers for Chapel to Hearse: Erik Rios, Jr, Jacob E. Rios, Richard Delgado, James Castillo, Edward Garcia, Javier Lugo, Jr., Jesus Aguilar, Tramaine White and Hearse to Resting Place: Erik Rios, Jr., Jacob E. Rios, Miguel A. Rios Jr., Andy Martinez, Omar Pizano, Micheal Umaña, Andrew R. Martinez, and Christopher Rios.
