

Estanislao Juan Martinez, aged 76 passed away on January 31, 2026. He was born in El Campo, Texas on November 13, 1949, and was a resident of Houston, Texas. Estanislao was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.
He was a hardworking and dedicated man who believed in honest work and providing for his family. He had a love for cars but most importantly, the love of helping others. He had a great gift; he was a self-taught mechanic, and he used that gift to help others. He never hesitated to help someone in need; He was someone everyone could depend on when they needed help, all they had to do was call and he was there. He was a blessing to many; he gave and helped with all his heart and never expected anything in return.
Estanislao is preceded in death by his wife Rebecca G. Martinez, daughter, Sandra Frances Martinez, father, Francisco Martinez, mother, Maria Elisa Sanchez Martinez and niece Sarah Alexandria Ortega.
Estanislao is survived by his daughters, Yolanda Martinez Cardenas, her husband, Genaro Cardenas, Alicia Martinez Torres, her husband, Joe Torres, 7 grandchildren, Brandi, Sandra, Jackie, April, Sabrina, Jennifer, Genaro III., 12 great-grandchildren, three stepchildren, brothers, Martin Martinez, Max Martinez, Herman Martinez, Antonio Martinez, sisters, Dominga Castillo, Juanita Martinez, Fransica Ortega and many nephews and nieces.
Estanislao will be remembered for his strength, dedication to his family, and the legacy of love he leaves behind. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him and loved him.
A visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, located at 2516 Navigation Blvd, Houston, Texas, 77003, on February 12, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm. A rosary service will take place at the same location on February 12, 2026, at 7:00 pm.
A visitation is also scheduled at Resurrection Church, 915 Zoe St, Houston, Texas, 77020, on February 13, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm, followed by a funeral mass at 12:30 pm.
The committal service will occur at Forest Park Lawndale, 6900 Lawndale St., Houston, Texas, 77023, on February 13, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
