She is survived by her sons Philip E. Pegg and his wife Mary and Doyle Pegg; her grandchildren Philip Pegg, Jr., Amie Pegg, Ruth Pegg, Tyler Pegg and Ashley Pegg; and her great granddaufghter Kate Pegg. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Hubert Doyle Pegg.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 16, 2012 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm in the Hunters Creek Chapel at Earthman Funeral Directors, 8303 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77024. Graveside services will be held on Friday, February 17, 2012 at 11:00 am at South Park Cemetery, 1310 North Main Street, Pearland, Texas 77581. Pallbearers will be Philip Pegg, Jr., Tyler Pegg, Steve Bell, Jimmy Bottomly, Philip Pegg and Doyle Pegg. A Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 pm on Friday, February 17, 2012 at Houston's First Baptist Church, 7401 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77024, the Reverend Rick Jones and Pastor Larry Lilly co-officiating.
