Floy Louise Lee

Floy Louise Lee was born on July 20, 1929, in Nacogdoches, Texas, to Dennard Campbell, Sr. and Birtha Campbell. On December 28, 1948, Floy was united in marriage to Vester Lee in Nacogdoches, Texas. From this union she would welcome two beautiful daughter Mazle and Debra into the world.

She moved to Houston, Texas in 1950's, where she built a long and dedicated career as a housekeeper, faithfully serving for more than 40 years. Floy accepted Christ at an early age and became a devoted member of Grace Temple Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor H. E. Potts. She continues her service and membership at Grace Temple Ministries under the leadership of Pastor Chris Wright.

On November 27, 2025, Floy gained her wings and transitioned to her heavenly home. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, Dennard Campbell Jr., and Van Campbell, a sister Elesie Standley, and two great grandchildren, Christian Lee and Madison Deramus.

She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved daughters Mazle Jewel Watts (Herman J., deceased) and Debra Ann Lee. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Yolanda Joseph, Mario Tillman (Milika), Raeford Watts, Sr. (Veloria), Christopher Lee, Jessica Watts, Ebony Lee, and Brittany Lee; along with a bonus grandson Marvin Marks (Alexis). Her legacy continues through her great-grandchildren: D'Andrea Hunter (Mia), Taylor Watts, Karter Phillips, Raeford WAtts Jr., Paiyten Johnson, Tristan Lee, Valerie Lee and Kamora Lee. Shes also survived by her godchildren: John Jackson and Erica Berryman, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends who will forever hold her close in their hearts.

A visitation will be held at Grace Temple Baptist, located at 6503 W Montgomery Rd, Houston, TX 77091, on December 13, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life service will take place from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm.

The committal service will be held at Paradise Funeral Home, Inc, located at 10401 West Montgomery, Houston, TX 77088, on December 13, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
