He was a student at Texas Southern University. He was a member of the car community and had a passion for fixing and building his car, riding four-wheelers, spending time with people he loved, and living every second of his life to the best.
He is survived by his mother, father, and sister.
A visitation for Frank will be held Monday, May 22, 2023 starting at 5:00 PM, with a Rosary at 7:00 PM at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077.
A funeral service will occur Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Forest Park Westheimer. A committal service will follow.
