

Fraser was born January 3, 1986, in Rutherglen, Scotland. He grew up in Arbroath, Scotland graduating from Arbroath High School and later received his higher national certificate in engineering from Angus College.
Fraser started his career as a mechanical fitter with Glaxo Smith Kline in Montrose, Scotland before moving to Aberdeen, Scotland to work in oil and gas with Drill-Quip and FMC Technologies. Fraser moved to Houston in 2015 and shortly afterwards started working at River Oaks Country Club in the golf caddie program.
Fraser was known for his sociable spirit and was an extremely genuine person, always willing to help someone in need. He was a true one-of-a-kind. He loved and adored his wife Gillian and children Myles and Annabelle. Fraser loved golf, skiing, playing poker and pickleball with neighborhood friends, spending time with his family and friends, and playing call of duty. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Fraser is survived by his wife Gillian Anderson and children Myles Anderson (3) and Annabelle Anderson (6 months) and by his parents Jane and Jon Coull, brother Craig Anderson and wife Jennie Anderson; and loving aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces.
We welcome you to wear your golf shirts at the funeral in memory of the sport that Fraser loved.
