I remember Gaynell so well! She was an important member of Recruiting, HPD, where I worked too for a long time. She was a good employee & friend. We didn’t keep in contact after we retired. I retired first but was really shocked to find this out.

What started many years ago as a business relationship between Gaynell and me quickly became a warm friendship.  It was a privilege to have known Gaynell so well, and I will never forget her thoughtfulness and kindness.

Mrs. Gaynell will be truly missed. I had the pleasure of meeting her through coworkers and eventually enjoying our group lunch breaks for a few years or so.  I was so saddened to hear this news recently, after just asking how she had been. Mrs. Gaynell, I will miss your laugh and sweet , humorous, yet spunky  personality, i enjoyed looking to you for your advice or just conversation. Thank you God for loaning her to us while here on earth. Thank you for her life and now her rest. Rest well Mrs. Gaynell, see you on the other side. ❤️

I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Gaynell.  I had the pleasure of working with Gaynell in Employee Services and Risk Management over the years.  Your cheerful smile and spunky attitude were the best!  Prayers for your sweet family.

I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Gaynell.  As one of the sergeants who had the honor of working in the same division, I can say that she was a remarkable support worker whose presence and dedication will never be forgotten.

Gaynell was always kind, quiet, and went about her work with a sense of commitment and professionalism that left a lasting impression on all of us. Though she retired some years back, her contributions and the memories we have of her remain vivid in our hearts.   
I pray that God will give  you comfort in knowing that Gaynell is in a better place. May the God of all Peace rest, rule, and abide with you all.

Gaynell was a wonderful lady who touched the lives of so many and will be deeply missed. I’m honored to have had the opportunity to work alongside of her. Gaynell was always filled with love, kindness, and had the ability to brighten your day with laughter. Everyone around the office treasured her cooking, especially her cookies and sweat potato cobbler. The memories that we have of Gaynell will forever remain etched in our hearts. Today, she’s looking down from heaven with a great big smile.

To my beautiful aunt that I admired and loved.  I miss our phone calls and the laughs we had.  We shared many things together and you have advised me on a lot.  So happy I was able to see you before you had to go. Rest up my love.

We where work out buddies, which I loved, she hated. She'd say, "I hate working out" when I called to see if she was going to gym after work. Some days, I would tell her, "It's best part of my day!" We encouraged each other when days to work out was a struggle. 
On this occasion we were out enjoy some music.  I can tell you, I loved hearing her laugh. She always impressed me with her faith.  She certainly helped me through my losses and difficulties. For that and her love and friendship will be eternally grateful.  I thank her family for being so gracious. ❤️
