Gerald Ross Miller, “Jerry”, age 94 passed away on Saturday, October 9, 2021. Jerry was born in Alum Bank, Pennsylvania on January 13, 1927 to Crawford and Bessie Miller. He grew up in the countryside on a small farm in Pennsylvania with his parents, 2 brothers and his sister. He joined the Air Force at a young age and went to Japan before heading back to the US. He lived most of his working life in Findlay, Ohio and was a very loved Letter Carrier for 30 years. He also loved to play Tennis and Golf. After retirement he moved to Texas and lived in the Katy area for over 26 years. Jerry loved the Lord and always encouraged those around him to seek the Father as their Savior.
He spent 26 years with Emmy Padgett. He is survived by his daughters Cynthia Bower and Belinda Nesler and his son David Miller and their spouses. He has 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his beloved sister Ivis Herr and preceded in death by Clark and Stanford, his brothers. We praise the Lord for the time we had him and look forward to a beautiful reunion when we can all be together eternally.
