Glenda graduated from Jeff Davis High School. She met Lynn Williams in Houston, Texas and married on June 13, 1964. Glenda worked in Floral Design at Randall’s for many years. She was a member of Spring Baptist Church and had a passion for life, family and nature.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lynn Williams; mother, Imogene Foster; step father, James Thomas Foster; father, John A. Townsend.
Glenda is survived by her son, Michael Williams; granddaughter, Amanda Williams; sister, Beverly Bouldin.
A funeral for Glenda will be held Friday, December 6, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039, followed by a graveside from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM.
