GLORIA NIGHTINGALE ROBB was born in Fairview, Oklahoma on November 19,1925 and passed away on May 26, 2010. She retired from M.D. Anderson Hospital where she worked as a certified occupational therapy assistant. She received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Harris County Master Gardener's Association in 2005. She was an active member of the Terrace United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women. Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Hall Robb, Jr. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Glen Duval, her grandson, Jon Paul Hamilton; her granddaughter, Kara Duval; her great grandson, Jon Paul Hamilton, Jr.; her brother Julian Nightingale; and her sister Judith McFadin.Services will be held on Tuesday, June 1 at Terrace United Methodist Church, 1203 Wirt Road, Houston, Texas. A light lunch at 12:00 noon will be followed by visitation at 1:00 and service at 2:00. Friends may view a photographic tribute and post tributes for the family at www.mem.com.
