

When you define the word unconditional you describe Grace (Judy) Doler. Whether its love, support, or surrender, she gave without limitations. Grace was born in Greenville Texas on May 18, 1928 to Otis and Bessie Wrinkle. She met the love of her life Garland Dee Clark and they were married on December 22, of 1945. Garland and Grace moved to Houston and began their family as God blessed them with 5 children (Gary, Michael, Paula, Mark and Kimberly). As a mother and wife, Grace served her family providing tender loving care. She was an amazing cook and is remember fondly of all the meals that she would prepare for her family. Grace came to know the Lord as her Savior as a young mother and her desire was that her children would find that peace as she had. She set the example before them as she would study every morning before she started her day reading God’s word. She was beautiful inside and out as she would always say beauty is as beauty does. She displayed her name Grace as she showed thoughtfulness toward other. The last couple of months everyone she came in contact with was beautiful, pretty or handsome. She loved people and was the hands and feet of Christ as she served others. God took her sweet Garland after 42 years of marriage and gave her a new love. Matt Doler came into her life just at the right time. They loved each other deeply and served God together for the last 21 years. With dignity and grace, Grace’s family walked her right up to Jesus, only to let go as He took her hands on January 25, 2019. Grace is preceded in her Home-going by her parents, her first love Garland Clark, her grandson Daniel and several siblings who have gone before her. Her legacy lives in her five children and spouses; Gary and Mette Clark, Michael and Sherry Clark, Paula and Roger Curry, Mark and Norma Clark, Kim and Tim Seippel. She was honored and proud to be have inherited in marriage the children of Matt Doler, Suzanne and David Redd and Sharon and Robert Bamburg. She was proud to be called grandmother by Gary Jr and Tamatha Clark, Jennifer Nicholes, Jason and Nicole Clark, Roger and D’Lisa Curry, Michelle and Mike Davis, David Clark, Michelle Clark, April Holmes, Amanda Luce, Tracey Richards, Kathryn and Eric Roman, Mark Jr Clark, Kendra Clark, Makayla Clark, Eric Clark, Mary Megan and Stephen Pyron, Gretchen Seippel , Jaclyn and Johnathan Gilbert. She was given special extra gifts of grandchildren Donna, Danny and Brandon Redd and Daphne and Ben Bamburg. Grace has one living brother Bill Wrinkle who lives in Greenville Texas. Many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, grandniece and grandnephews will also carry that legacy on of Grace (Judy Clark) Doler .
A visitation will be held in her honor on Monday, January 28, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. inside the Chapel of American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77038. The Celebration of Life service will commence on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. after which she will be escorted to the Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77038, where she will be laid to rest.
