Our beloved father Gustavo Hincapie passed away peacefully on June 7th, 2025 at the age of 84. He is survived by his wife, Gloria Arizala de Hincapie, his daughter, Diana Maria Hincapie, his granddaughter, Juliana Isabel Pesina, and his great-grandchildren, Pedro, Kaiden and Kamilah Garcia.
He was born in Colombia on October 13, 1940. His childhood in Colombia instilled a lifelong passion for nature and soccer, and he loved to speak about it with anyone who would listen. Gustavo and Gloria first met and bonded over their mutual appreciation for family and continued to share this throughout their long and happy marriage.
He leaves behind his daughter, Diana Maria Hincapie. He was preceded in death by his son, Jorge Eduardo Hincapie, and his daughter, Carolina Hincapie.
The funeral will be held at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home and Cemetery on June 21st, 2025 at 2:00 PM.
