Hanna Jamil Khawaja passed on to eternal life on February 15, 2013 at the age of 75. Hanna was born in Ramallah, Palestine to the late Jamil and Mary Khawaja. He came to the United States in 1956 where he finally settled in Houston, Texas. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years Lamice, his son Charlie daughter Melissa ,son in law Spiro, daughter Michelle, daughter Melinda and son in law Robert along with his three grandchildren Alexis, Lilyana, and Miriam. Hanna also leaves behind his Brother Yousef Khawaja (Laila) Sister Nawal Bateh and Sister Rima Tawasha (Jad) and many nieces and nephews. Hanna was a man of few words but had a quick wit. He had a very kind heart and lived and worked for his family. He was extremely loving and will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him. The viewing, rosary and funeral will be held at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral home on Monday, February 18, 2013 at 6pm and the burial will be held on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at 10:30am. A meal of mercy will be held immediately following the burial service at the Khawaja House 9610 New Kent Dr, Sugar Land, TX 77498
