

Harry was born in Elvins, Missouri on October 29, 1922, the 3rd of 5 children.
Harry served in the U. S. Army during World War II in the European Theater.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and 2 sisters, and infant son David Alan Propst.
He is survived by this wife of 73 years Athalee and children: Larry Propst (Marty); Sherry Borden; Kay Kennedy (Wayne); Mark Propst (Cathy); Philip Propst (Lucy) and Gayle Irvin (Greg). Also grandchildren Scott Propst (Julie); LaDonna Roudebush (Mike); Randy Borden; Wendi Thompson (David); Bryan Propst; Hailey Irvin and Cassidy Irvin and 4 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 23rd at 3:00 PM at Advantage Howard-Glendale Chapel at 1015 Federal Road, Houston,
Texas 77015. A graveside service with full military honors will be held Tuesday, January 27th at 1:30 PM at Houston National Cemetery at 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77038.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wreaths Across America or to Holy Trinity United Methodist Church – Compassion Ministries.
