Huong Thi Thuy Phan of Houston, Texas passed away on March 23, 2026.
No visitation or funeral services will be taking place. Ms. Phan has a scheduled cremation.
Huong Thi Thuy Phan was born in Saigon, Vietnam to Phoung Dinh
Phan and Mai Thi Hong Nguyen on July 15, 1955. She went to Dai
Hoc Khoa Hoc University from 1973-1975 in Saigon. She married Tri Quang Nguyen in 1975 in Houston.
She graduated from Gia Long Girl's High School in 1973. She worked as a Piping Designer and crafter for a variety of companies over a 40 year career in Houston including Flour Corp, and McDermott.
Huong Phan is preceded in death by her late husband Tri Nguyen.
Huong Phan is survived by 2 known adult children, a daughter-in-law, a son-in-law, and 5 grandchildren.
