Jackey Janell Arnold

Jackey was a beloved resident of Splendora, Texas. She married Alvie Arnold on December 13, 1957, and dedicated her life as a stay-at-home mom. Her passion for crafts, church, and spending time with family was well-known among those who knew her.

In her community, Jackey was an active member of the Eastern Star #1418. She is preceded in death by her husband, Alvie Arnold; son, Robert Arnold; daughter, Deborah Arnold; father, Max Talley; mother, Maurine Parr. Her legacy continues through her daughters, Audrey Smith and Dawn Humphrey with her husband Ted; her grandchildren, Jackie with her husband Brad, Sarah, and Anthony; and her great-grandchildren, Madison and Summer.

Our beautiful Mom went to be with Jesus. She was not only a loving mom, granny and friend, she was truly one of a kind. We were so incredibly blessed to have her as a mother. Her faith was unshakeable, no matter what she faced, and the strength she carried through every trial is something we will always admire.

The love she poured into her family is something we will forever be eternally grateful for. She loved with her whole heart - kind, strong courageous and full of grace. She made every moment meaningful, and she touched more lives than she ever realized.

Even though our hearts are broken, we find comfort knowing she is rejoicing in Heaven, whole and at peace. We will carry her love, strength and her beautiful example with us for the rest of our lives.

A visitation will be held at the New Beginnings Baptist Church of Patton Village, 16715 Main St, Splendora, TX 77372, on November 24, 2025, at 11:00 am. The funeral service will follow at the same location beginning at 12:00 pm. The committal service will take place at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039 at 2:00 pm.
