While on a port visit (U,S. Navy) for six days, in Palma de Mallorca in May 1980, myself and a sailor met Jacqueline and her friend  Michelle Sebastian. For three of the six days there, we got to know one another.  Jacqueline and I wrote letters  for nearly two years until we reunited and got married  on December 18, 1982, in Milton, Florida.  I'm  presently  living in Las Vegas, Nevada since 2004. I missed my wife and looking forward to seeing her in Heaven one day.

The years have gone by and it still seems as though you are only a phone call away. I will never forget your life that you gracefully allowed me to share with you sis.

I want to start saying that mom was an angel for me when I most needed it. She was like the hope that someone could have. She fed me in my worst moments I had here. She helped me to have a roof over my head when no body did. She paid my necessities when I didn't have a job. She heal me when I was so sick. She did all that for me and for her whole family because thats what mom used to do with everybody. I'm blessed to had her as part of my family and now She is an angel resting in peace and for sure I will follow her example in this life as long as I can and God let me. Mom I miss you so much ;-( and I Know some day soon we will see us again. I am not going to stop thanking you for everything you did for me. You are always in my mind xoxoxo

Mom, you were my rock. You were my best friend, and you were the best mother any person could ever have. There are not enough words that I could say that would express how much you mean to me and everything that you have done for me! I still can't believe that you are not here anymore. It doesn't seem real. But I know you are no longer suffering. You sacrificed so much to give us everything we needed and more. You were there for me in my darkest days and always had my back. You helped me come out of that darkness, and believed in me. You are the reason why I am the man that I am today. I miss your hugs and your kisses. I miss our phone calls, and hearing the sound of your voice and hearing you laugh. I will NEVER forget you. You were so full of love. You taught me so much about being a man and about life. It broke me, on that fateful day, when I saw you take your last breath. I cried so much! You will NEVER be forgotten. I know I told you that I love you many times, but it still does not seem like enough. I know that you are finally at rest with the Lord, and I can't wait until we meet again. I LOVE YOU MOM!!! I MISS YOU DEARLY!!

We regret that we did not get the opportunity to to see Jackie in recent years. I was sad to hear of the passing of Jackie.  Although I had not seen her in years, I have many fond memories of her and that contagious laugh of hers.
