Jay worked for Oncor Electric Delivery for 43 years. He made a big impact with everyone he worked with.
Jay is survived by his mother, Donna Shaw, his brother Samuel Shaw, his sisters Aprile Anglin and Sherri Heiting. He is also survived by his daughters Crystal Tingley and her husband Sven Tingley, and Alyssa Shaw. Jay is survived by multiple cousins, nieces, nephews, and 7 grandchildren.
Services will be held in Midland TX, location and time to be determined at a later date.
