Jerry Thomas, 76, born July 31, 1936 in Beaufort, NC entered into eternal rest May 19, 2013. Jerry is preceded in death by his parents: Alonzo Thomas & Nettie Conway Thomas; son, Michael Thomas; brother, David Thomas, sister, Molly Thomas; father-in-law, James Dvoracek; mother-in-law, Christina Frazier Dvoracek. Left to cherish his precious memory: loving wife, Barbara Jeanne Thomas; son, James Thomas & wife Jeri; daughters: Bettina Thomas Coleman & husband Danny, Christy Thomas Leps & husband Kenneth; grandchildren: Ming Thomas, Anna Thomas, Michael Coleman, Stephen Coleman, Stephanie Coleman, Colby Leps & Dylan Leps; 6 great grandchildren; sister, Sandy Thomas Brown; brother-in-law, James Dvoracek. Visitation will be Thursday, May 23rd beginning at 9am with Funeral Services to follow at 10am in Brookside Family Chapel. Interment will follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
