Jesse Andrew Gonzales Jr.

Jesse Andrew Gonzales Jr, was one of the most heart-warming individuals to walk the face of the Earth. His charismatic way of being was a pleasure to those who knew him, and those around him. Jesse was big brother to Jesenda, Biance, Jesse Jr., & Mario , and not only did he look after them, he also set a prime example of what a big brother should be. Growing up, he experienced many amazing things such as his love for fast cars, just like his Father!

Jesse loved working with cars, the engines, parts, and could tell you the functions of them all . However, Jesse had his one True Love,& that was his 1994 white convertible Mustang! Talk about his pride & Joy! When he began his senior year in high school in the Fall of 2012, he stated that he wanted to join the Marines Corps.,become a productive young man , and serve his country. He even began working out , going for afternoon jogs, he would join his mom in the daily exercise to try to be fit . Jesse would say "I want to be in shape so when I join, I can keep up with my team". "Or we could all get punished !" and" if I'm holding back the team, they will make me pay later!" As a second option he thought about attending Culinary School . Jesse loved to eat and he loved to cook.His Specialty & favorite was Popeyes Fried Chicken! Last but not least he would have liked a career in the automotive industry, which came as no surprise! Since he was his dads right hand man, when it came to his dad, working mechanic jobs or doing paint and body. He loved hunting at Uvalde,Tx with his Dad and Family. Always excited thinking about the adventures and the memories he would make and return home to his mom & Family just to share his exciting stories. Jesse enjoyed fishing with family and friends. The rush in his blood when he caught a fish, holding it up high like, he'd won a " trophy"! Jesse was a Houston Astros and Texans fan and loved watching sports with his family and friends. Jesse touched the lives of so many, and lived by the word of God. Before leaving us Jesse asked every family member individually to forgive him, if he'd ever offended any one in any way. This was his kind-hearted gesture, & forgiving nature! This is what we all loved about him. He knew God wanted him to be with a clean heart, with out any spot from sin. Instead of us, whom should have been asking him for forgiveness! Jesse was thankful for every new Day he had been given. It didn't matter the condition he was in ,or the way he was feeling,He would always praise God! and That, was his Last gesture he left us all! To show and teach us, what a true WARRIOR OF GOD should be ! We celebrate & Honor Jesse's life today! He won by reaching the ultimate destination, Heaven. By him holding tight to the right hand of The Father, he defeated his Cancer! Jesse is worry & pain free, he's in Heaven where he's now jumping, dancing, running freely in the presence of The Lord. We will always love and Remember you Jesse Andrew Gonzales Jr. We will pick up from where you left . We will continue to share the great news of Salvation and your Testimony just like you did, with a humble and forgiving heart.

Jesse is survived by his parents: Jesse Gonzales Sr. and Enda Dominguez; his siblings: Jesenda, Biance, Jesse Jr. Gonzales , & Mario Leija Jr . Grandparents: Heriberto and Rosa Nino, Maria J. Gonzales; Great-grandmother, Rosa Garza Gonzales; Aunts; Rosemary Gonzales- Zackielarz ,Imelda Gonzales-Garcia ; Uncle Isaac Gonzales III, Step-mom Sarahi Gonzales, Step-dad Homero Dominguez , many cousins and extended family.
