Jill Todd, born in Woking, Surrey, England on February 28th 1950, passed away on March 4th 2013. Preceded in death by her late husband Michael Todd, Jilly leaves behind her loving children Kelly Todd and Lieutenant Georgia Todd – US Army, best friend and sister Aileen Thompson, sister Barbara Day, Aunt Jutta, loving partner Edward Podoba as well as many family and friends.
Jilly started her eclectic career in Berlin, learning languages to enable her to fly the world with BOAC Airlines. The next phase in her life was her journey to Texas where her passion for antiques, fashion, books, designing, and cooking led her down many avenues, although none were as important as her role as a mother. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral services will be held at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer, Houston, Texas 77077, on Sunday March 10th at 4pm. In lieu of flowers, the family would greatly appreciate contribution to a charity of your choice in Jilly’s name.
