She was a devout wife, mother, grandmother. Joanne is survived by her 4 children: Bob Mefford, Susan Busby, Sharon Akshar, and Cathy Herzig. She has 9 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
Her funeral service will take place at Forest Park Cemetery at 10:00 am Thursday, January 28th in the Chapel.
Joanne was a lover of nature and animals. Donations to the local Humane Society will be appreciated. The family is very grateful for the dedicated service of Hospice over the last two years.
