John “Jack” Henry Kesseler passed from this world October 25th, 2018 in Houston, Texas. Jack Kesseler is preceded in death by his beloved wife Lynette Hall Kesseler, and his parents Florcie Enola and Robert Eskew Kesseler.
Mr. Kesseler is survived by his brother Robert Nathan Kesseler and his wife Carol Lee Kesseler and nephews Stuart Nathan Kesseler ( wife Valerie ) and Kelly Andrew Kesseler ( wife Charlene ) . Mr. Kesseler is also great uncle to Madison Avian-Lee Kesseler, mother in law Lorene Hall (98) of Brenham, Texas.
Jack Kesseler attended and graduated from John H. Reagan High School in Houston, Texas. He enlisted in the U. S. Air Force and worked in Inteligence during his enlistment. After the Air Force he went to work at Cameron Iron Works for 30+ years. During his career Cameron was taken over by Wyman Gordon where he worked in Sales for both firms and eventually retired from Wyman Gordon.
Jack was married to Lynette Hall for 30+ years. Jack and Lynette had no children and Lynette passed away in 2008. They both had a love for cats. The two most memorable cats were: Generator and Mouse. Generator was a beautiful long haired tabby cat, whose purr was so loud, he was given the name Generator. Mouse was a short haird tri colored cat who had huge ears. They all lived at Prairie Dunes in Houston.
Jack Kesseler’s activities of special enjoyment were: fishing, boating, golfing and bowling. He enjoyed all these sports with many friends. He was born in Naples , Texas in 1941 and we always considered him to be a “ Gentle Giant” . Like his brother Robert, Jack is a good and nice man. You could always count on Jack.
