Joseph A. Broussard Jr., 90, passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018 in College Station , Texas. He was born on March 28, 1928 in Houston, Texas to his parents Joseph A. Broussard Sr. and Lucille Haynes Broussard. Joseph proudly served in the United States Navy. He retired from The Houston Light and Power Company where he worked for 37 years. He was a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his sons, Joseph A. Broussard III and Fred William Broussard and his wife Lupe; brother; Robert Broussard and his wife Donna; grandchildren, Joe A. Broussard IV , Thomas Ray Broussard and Lillian Broussard. He is also survived by two great grandchildren Patrick John Broussard and Kyle Thomas Broussard. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Patricia Ann Broussard.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 16, 2018 from 9:00am to 11:00 am at the Advantage Funeral Home Chapel, 7010 Chetwood Dr. Houston, Texas. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 am at the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be held at Glenwood Cemetery, 2525 Washington Ave Houston, Texas 77007.
