Joseph C. Frank

J. Cornelius Frank, 82, transitioned from this life to eternity on February 23, 2019. He was born January 2, 1937, in Lawtell, LA to Athley Frank and Armantine Robert. He moved to Houston, TX in 1958. J. Cornelius spent most of his time doing what he loved to do.  He was an outdoors man! He enjoyed fishing, hunting and building and repairing homes. His Vocational Learning led him into being a Master Plumber, Electrician, Locksmith, Welder and a Carpenter. He joined Our Mother of Mercy Church and was an active member until his death. He loved life to the fullest and love his family. He has adopted and taken so many under his wings to care for them, teach them, advise them and to guide them through different life situation.  If you needed him he was there. Mr. Frank is preceded in death by his parents Athley Frank and Armantine Roberts. Also by his sister Leester Frank; brother, Joseph Lindsey Frank. He left to cherish his memories, his wife Betty Frank of 16 years; son, Eric Smith; granddaughter, Shavondia Smith and great grandson Cam Jacobs; 4 brothers, Talbert Frank (Judy), Haward Frank (Carolyn), John Vallian MD,  Joseph Vallian and Athley Frank, Jr (Janella). 2 sisters, Doretha Frank and Ether Vallian
