Joyce E. Barker, 87, passed on Nov 18, 2013. She is survived by 2 daughters, 6 grandchildren & 2 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm at the funeral home. Funeral Service 2 pm on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013 at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home.
